Rowan who took drinks order and delivered to the lane was great. Very friendly, helpful and polite. A second member of staff (didnt get name, sorry) who came to clean up when a glass of coke was dropped was also brilliant, responded quickly and with kindness. Superbowl itself was a great few hours of fun for the family. Would add the pin code for the toilet is a bit annoying especially with young children, but I understand why necessary.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an absolutely brilliant experience at Superbowl UK Merthyr! 🎳❤️ I honestly can’t praise Callum & Josh enough. They went so far above and beyond with their customer service and made such a genuine effort to make all of us feel welcome and included. We have a daughter who is autistic, so experiences like this can sometimes be a little different for our family, but Callum & Josh were fantastic. They made her feel comfortable and included, and that meant the world to us as parents. What really stood out was that they didn’t just focus on her they made sure our other two children felt just as happy, involved and valued too. Seeing all three of our children enjoying themselves and feeling so welcome made the whole experience even more special. 🥰 It’s not often you come across people who genuinely make such a difference, but these two absolutely did. Their attitude, kindness and effort turned a great day out into a 10/10 experience for our whole family. Callum & Josh are an absolute credit to Superbowl UK Merthyr. 👏 Please make sure they get the recognition they deserve, because customer service like this should never go unnoticed. Sammy and Lianne were soo helpful during our visit today Nothing was too much for them to sort. Very kind and professional ladies that helped our learners with their visit. The service was spot on and extremely helpful. A group of learners with additional learning needs all had a great morning and we will defiantly be visiting again soon.
