We regularly review our prices and if you make a booking in advance, the paid price will remain the same, and is not subject to increase or decrease.
Superbowl UK forbids the selling on of bowling at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of vouchers.
Adult prices displayed are for persons 16 years or over. Junior prices displayed are for persons 15 years or under.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES:
Parties require a deposit to secure the booking – this is non-refundable.
Any subsequent payments made cannot be refunded.
External entertainers are not permitted under any circumstances.
Meal Deals cannot be used as a false party. Maximum of 4 children can be admitted per customer for the meal deal.
Birthday Parties are NOT guaranteed a party room and all-party rooms are subject to availability. If a party room is granted guests can use the room for 45mins following the end of their activity.
GUEST PROPERTY:
Superbowl UK is NOT responsible for personal belongings or property of guests during their time at the venue.

ONLINE ORDERING:
If you are purchasing alcohol. You are agreeing that you and the intended consumer are over 18. If you cannot produce valid ID on request, you will not receive or be refunded for the alcohol purchased. Superbowl UK operates a challenge 25 policy in all our venues across England & Wales.
OFFERS AND DEALS:
Superbowl UK’s management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
Managements decision is final.
Cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Restrictions may apply to offers during school and bank holidays.
BOWLING PRICES
Our bowling prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The price includes shoe hire. Drinks, snacks, meals or arcade games are not included in the standard price and must be paid for separately as consumed or used.

ARRIVAL TIMES
We recommend arriving at the centre approximately 15 minutes before your booking start time.
Please have your booking confirmation ready when arriving at Reception.
Late arrivals may not be able play and could lose the total amount paid. Please leave plenty of time for your journey.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Superbowl UK offer a standard no refund policy on all payments made, either by walk-in, call centre or online. If you wish to cancel your booking, you will not be offered a refund, this includes the booking fee.
There are no cancellation rights under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for any scheduled packages or events.

Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of QLP Holdings LTD/ Superbowl UK and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
By entering a competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Competition entries and details of how to enter are available on all Superbowl UK competitions.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: 1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 3.There is no cash alternative for prizes and prizes are not transferable. 4. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 5. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. 6. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook, Instagram and/or telephone call within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 7. The promoter will notify the winner to arrange for the prize to be delivered. 8. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered. 9. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into a social media competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Competition winners will be contacted within 28 days when winning any form of Superbowl UK Competition, or competition that has been organised in partnership with Superbowl UK. Please do not contact your local venue directly as one of our guest experience team will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
